Expert’s ideas

All of our Technicians work closely with Interns allowing us to service our guests more efficiently. Interns are licensed and highly skilled. At no time is any work done that is not directed and monitored by the Technician.

Touch One: The Consultation

The Technician listens and communicates directly with the guest and carefully instructs the Intern. This provides reassurance and confidence for each guest.

Touch Two: The Checkpoint

As the Intern is carrying out instructions the Technician will continually monitor the procedure, overseeing every detail to ensure quality service.

Touch Three: The Finish

The last hands that touch the guest belong to the Technician. Once back at the styling station, it's the Technician's personal touch that the guest wears home.
