If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please call and inform us within 7 days of your last appointment and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge. At Tranquility Salon and Day Spa we want you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly make an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, make-up is non-returnable.
